and it’s native to Southern Europe, the Middle East and the region surrounding
the Caspian Sea. Its name comes from the Hebrew word adobe or ezob, which
literally means “holy herb.” It has a fresh, earthy, woody scent and is used as
a top note in perfumery. Blends well with essential oils of thyme, eucalyptus,
